This spacious 3,400 sq. ft. home features a hot tub, game room, putting green, workout area, air conditioning, and a backup generator. Just minutes from the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club and surrounded by world-class wineries, you’ll enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, parks, the Laguna De Santa Rosa, charming towns, and a scenic 30-minute drive to the coast or Armstrong Woods.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and solar tubes illuminate the recently remodeled space, which includes new plank flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite like countertops. The layout boasts 3 bedrooms, a bonus retreat or office, and 2.5 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two singles, a sofa sleeper, and a twin futon.
Entertainment is abundant with four big-screen TVs, including a 75-inch TV in the Family Room and a large Game Room featuring Ping Pong, Bumper Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey, and a Nintendo Wii with over 25 games. Enjoy Corn Hole, board games, and a library filled with books and movies for a fun stay.
Keep up with your fitness routine in the home gym equipped with a Recumbent Bike, Elliptical Machine, Treadmill, a Rowing Machine and a 65” TV for entertainment. Step outside to a spacious deck with panoramic views, a BBQ, and lounge seating, perfect for outdoor dining. Unwind in your private hot tub under the stars after a day of fun.
Practice your putting skills on the 500 sq. ft. green, equipped with various accessories for all skill levels. A full-house generator ensures uninterrupted power during outages. The home is air-conditioned for your comfort.
Note: If you’re a member of the golf Invited Network, you will be able to access the nearby Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club amenities. Depending on your tier status, fees will vary. Your Invited Network guests are allowed to access the course as well. Call the Pro Shop in advance to book a slot and for details. While the Club is exclusively open to Members, the Invited Network members have special access and opportunities at many top-tier country clubs and golf courses nationwide through this relationship. There are also a few other golf courses in Santa Rosa and Sebastopol open to the public within a short drive.

Additional fees apply to heat pools from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. All our houses maintain a non-smoking policy indoors.
While this property is an ideal spot for family and friends, it strictly adheres to county regulations. This is NOT a party house. Large gatherings, outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, must be observed. Groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. This property is a non-smoking, drug-free environment, and no pets are allowed.
