The long private drive winds upward through a canopy of live oaks until the stunning Villa bursts into view surrounded first by a necklace of ten acres of terraced world class Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards then manicured lawns, exotic plants and beautiful gardens, highlighted by the sights and sounds of dozens of soaring palms gently swaying with the breeze. The only thing missing from this Italian inspired Villa is the Mediterranean Sea!
The secluded property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of oaks and madrone trees with views of numerous vineyards in all directions. The perfect family compound or couples retreat. Enjoy your privacy in this oasis of tranquility where not even a single car can be heard in the distance and yet the entrance is just a mile away from world class dining and wineries. The unparalleled location is just the beginning. The estate features a massive seven thousand square foot wine cave filled with exotic art and complete with a game room with championship shuffleboard table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball.
The prestigious main house features twenty foot high massive beamed ceilings with large skylights and a very large and lavish living room with fire place. There is a formal dining room, library and media room, a large master suite with an incredible tiled shower room with four shower heads fit for a sultan and two other bedrooms with fantastic views. The enormous kitchen features dual Viking ranges, three sinks, dual dishwashers, large Sub-Zero refrigerator and industrial sized outdoor gas grill. There is abundant seating around a central island plus two window benches and enough production capability to operate a fairly large restaurant. Perfect for gourmet cooks in your group or simply pick from our list of renowned local chefs on call to come and prepare a delectable meal on site*. The main house also features a spa facility with huge outdoor ten person sunken hot tub, steam and dry sauna rooms, lounge area where you can enjoy a massage, body treatment or any selection from our full spa menu*. Then stroll over to the exquisitely tiled forty-five foot outdoor *heated saltwater pool and lounging area and enjoy a relaxing swim with wonderful music provided by the multi-zone Sonos system that operates throughout most of the property.
All bedrooms have Wi-Fi and Satellite television. There is a specially designed and acoustically superior THX twelve plus person theater room complete with hundreds of movies on DVD and thousands available on demand. There is also a lobby/office area and a well appointed spacious gym with a personal trainer* and Yoga instructors* available. Have the match of your life on our lighted tennis court with views of the San Francisco Bay. If that’s not enough activity how about basketball, an exquisite bocce ball court, grass volley ball or badminton and croquet!
This is a Farm Stay rental program and food for basic meals for breakfast and lunch are included in the price of rent. Please discuss your meal options with us in advance of your stay. As part of our Farm Stay program our guest will tour the vineyards and wine cave and learn about how we farm our mountain vineyards and blend our wine to make an exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy the Bounty of the County with locally produced food and wine from of our participating local restaurants, farms, creameries, chefs, micro breweries, cideries and markets at additional cost.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes that have them October through April. Hot tubs, if available are heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.
This is a amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action. Weddings and events are not allowed at vacation rentals.
