Our recently updated spacious suburban house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open-kitchen, W/D, and 2-car garage. Enjoy a larger ranch home, that is clean, and easy for a short stay. Our quiet street is a great area to stay, just between Hilliard and Columbus OH. We are about 15 min from downtown Columbus.
Bright space, single-story ranch layout. Open kitchen and vaulted celling living/dining room. We have a separate bathroom in master suite. Enjoy large private yard. No indoor or outdoor fires please.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
