Relax on the spacious deck overlooking serene wetlands with mountain views and filtered views of the river, or soak in the private hot tub on the additional walk-out patio while enjoying the soothing sounds of the river. With direct access to the rec path just steps from the back door, outdoor adventures are always within easy reach. Located close to I-70, this home offers unbeatable access to all that Summit County has to offer, including world-class skiing, hiking, and dining. Living Room (Main Level): The cozy main-level living area features two plush leather sofas, a comfortable lounge chair, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes.
Kitchen (Main Level): Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a refrigerator, oven and stovetop range, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and traditional drip coffee maker. The breakfast bar seats four and overlooks the open kitchen space.
Dining Room (Main Level): Just beyond the kitchen, the dining room features a wooden table with seating for six and access to a private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Powder Room: A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor.
Laundry (Top Level): Upstairs, you’ll find a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer neatly tucked behind French doors.
Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 4 Bath –
Three bedrooms are located on the top floor, and one bedroom is on the bottom floor.
• Primary Bedroom (Bottom Floor): King size bed, dresser, pull-out sofa, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath includes dual vanity and shower tub combo.
• Second Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, wall mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen size bed, nightstands, and dresser. This room shared a bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): Two twin beds, nightstand, and dresser. This room shared a bathroom with the third bedroom.
Outdoor Space: Step out onto the back deck to take in breathtaking views of the Silverthorne mountains and the Blue River just steps away. Relax at the outdoor dining set or fire up the full-size propane grill for an evening barbecue under the mountain sky.
Hot Tub: From the bottom level, step outside to your private patio featuring a full-size, 7-person hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Rocky Mountains.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
