Living Room (Main Level): The cozy main-level living area features two plush leather sofas, a comfortable lounge chair, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. Kitchen (Main Level): Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a refrigerator, oven and stovetop range, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and traditional drip coffee maker. The breakfast bar seats four and overlooks the open kitchen space. Dining Room (Main Level): Just beyond the kitchen, the dining room features a wooden table with seating for six and access to a private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Powder Room: A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor. Laundry (Top Level): Upstairs, you’ll find a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer neatly tucked behind French doors. Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 4 Bath – Three bedrooms are located on the top floor, and one bedroom is on the bottom floor. • Primary Bedroom (Bottom Floor): King size bed, dresser, pull-out sofa, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom. Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet-friendly.
