What’s nearby: Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store. How to arrive: If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at "Lugano Loreto" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop.  The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park.
