Serene One-Bedroom Apartment with Lake View in Ruvigliana – Dream Lake 2 Dream Lake 2 is a refined one-bedroom apartment set in the exclusive hillside neighborhood of Ruvigliana, just minutes from the heart of Lugano. Overlooking Lake Lugano, it offers a peaceful retreat with contemporary comforts and an elegant design. The bright and inviting living area features a round dining table and a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a day of exploring. The sofa can be converted into a single bed for additional guests. (Please note: the sofa bed is not pre-made at arrival so you may enjoy it as a sofa during the day. Bed linen, pillows, and blankets are provided in the nearest wardrobe.) The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances—including a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine—allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bedroom, located at the end of a short hallway, features a double bed and a large wardrobe. A glass door opens onto a private balcony that frames a beautiful lake view and fills the room with natural light. The contemporary bathroom offers a practical and refreshing shower. While the apartment does not include private parking, several public parking options are available nearby, both paid and time-limited free spots. For your comfort, quality linens, towels, and a courtesy set are provided. A complimentary breakfast basket with essential items is also included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Self check-in apartment. What’s nearby: Ruvigliana is a pretty hamlet nestled in the hills of Lugano, enjoying plenty of sunshine and wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Ciani Park and Lugano Lido, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor swimming pool, lakeside beach, and tennis courts, are just a 6-minute drive away; Lugano’s historic center is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) by walking along the beautiful "Sentiero degli Ulivi." The summit of Mount Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who like to walk in 50 minutes by taking one of the trails. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Dream Lake 1 does not have private parking, but guests can park in the public parking lots near the building. You can park in two public car parks: one at the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with hourly discs, and one after the second curve, with paid public parking spaces. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at the "Viganello, San Siro" stop. Here, take bus No. 10 (Castagnola Capolinea direction) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at "Ruvigliana, former Clinic" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
