Villa Bugatti is an independent residence in the heart of Desenzano del Garda, designed for those who want to experience the lake in an exclusive, refined, and at the same time deeply welcoming context.
Surrounded by a well-maintained garden, a saltwater pool, and overlooking the waters of Lake Garda, the villa is spread over three levels - with an attic top floor - and is entirely reserved for guests, who enjoy its exclusive use throughout their stay.
Passing through the pedestrian gate, you are welcomed by a well-kept garden, a prelude to the villa’s graceful atmosphere: a few steps lead to the main entrance, where a comfortable anteroom with a service bathroom (equipped with toilet and sink) introduces the large living area.
You are then greeted by a bright open-space living area, with a large sofa facing the smart TV equipped with access to major streaming services and supported by a fast Wi-Fi connection that covers every room in the house. Nearby, a spacious dining room perfect for long evenings in company, with conversations, raised glasses, and the freedom to truly feel at home.
The kitchen, adjacent but separate from the living room, is fully equipped and designed for those who love conviviality: dishwasher, microwave, fryer, kettle, coffee machine, and a wide range of utensils allow for a natural transition from an informal breakfast to a more elaborate dinner.
The sober lines and elegant furnishings create a harmonious environment where it feels natural to immediately feel at home.
Climbing the scenic internal staircase, you reach the main bedroom floor, where the pace slows down and the sensation is that of a private refuge. Here, there are three double bedrooms, all air-conditioned, furnished in soft pastel tones and equipped with smart TVs, designed to ensure silence, calibrated light, and quality rest, one of which is enhanced by a splendid terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for starting the day with a view of the blue sky and water.
The master bedroom is the elegant heart of the floor: a refined ceiling fresco frames the double bed and creates a unique atmosphere, combining classic charm and contemporary comfort, while the private bathroom, spacious and perfectly equipped, offers a double sink, walk-in shower, and a splendid bathtub ideal for indulging in a moment of well-being after a day spent exploring Garda’s villages, beaches, and landscapes. From the bathroom, you can also access an external balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or enjoying the silence of the evening hours.
To complete the environment, there is a second full bathroom, also equipped with a washer and dryer, designed to conveniently accompany longer stays.
The stairwell is equipped with timed lighting: a technical detail that we simply invite you to consider during nighttime movements.
The top level hosts a suggestive attic double bedroom, welcoming and private, meant to become a sort of small suite suspended over the lake. Here too, there is a private service bathroom with toilet and sink, while the terraces surrounding the floor offer spectacular views of Lake Garda and the surrounding greenery, transforming this level into the ideal place for those seeking more privacy or who love to carve out moments of tranquility. A comfortable raised living room with a sofa completes the environment and invites reading, smart working, or simply observing the lake at different times of the day.
Throughout the villa, climatic comfort is guaranteed by air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating, making the stay pleasant in every season.
Outside, the scene is dominated by the refined saltwater pool with two different depths (0.90 m and 1.39 m) and accessible from 8:00 to 21:00, making the space ideal for starting the day with a few strokes, treating yourself to a dip upon returning from excursions, or experiencing the magic of sunset in total relaxation.
Around it, there are sunbeds and an elegant gazebo perfect for outdoor lunches, aperitifs, and moments of absolute relaxation.
To ensure always clear and well-maintained water, a specialized technician will periodically take care of maintenance and can autonomously access the pool area: we only ask guests to kindly allow access on intervention days.
Completing the property are two uncovered parking spaces, exclusively reserved for Villa Bugatti guests.

Desenzano del Garda, a sparkling gem on the shores of Lake Garda in Italy, is a destination that offers a delightful mix of natural beauty, historical charm, and modern luxury. As the largest lake in Italy, Lake Garda provides a picturesque backdrop for this bustling town, making it a favorite among travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The town's vibrant harbor is a focal point of activity, where visitors can watch elegant boats bobbing on the water or embark on a lake cruise to explore the stunning scenery and nearby towns. The lake itself is a haven for water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking.
Desenzano's historical allure is evident in its ancient Roman villa, which boasts some of the most impressive mosaics in northern Italy. The town's castle, Castello di Desenzano, offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding area, while the Archaeological Museum provides a deeper dive into the region's rich past.
For those who enjoy leisurely strolls, the town's pedestrian-friendly streets are lined with chic boutiques, charming cafes, and inviting gelaterias. The weekly market is a bustling affair where one can find local crafts, fresh produce, and a variety of Italian specialties.
Desenzano del Garda is also well-positioned for day trips to other Lake Garda towns, such as Sirmione with its thermal baths and fairytale castle, or the hilly vineyards of Valtenesi, where visitors can indulge in wine tasting and savor the local Bardolino and Lugana wines.
Nightlife in Desenzano is lively, with a range of bars and clubs that stay open until the early hours, offering a taste of Italian "dolce vita." For a more serene evening, the lakeside promenade is perfect for a romantic walk under the stars.
The town's proximity to major cities like Verona, Venice, and Milan makes it an excellent base for exploring the wider region. Whether it's the allure of opera in Verona's ancient arena, the romance of Venice's canals, or the fashion and design of Milan, Desenzano del Garda is a gateway to some of Italy's most iconic experiences.
In essence, Desenzano del Garda is a destination that truly offers something for everyone. From its stunning natural landscapes and rich history to its contemporary comforts and strategic location, it's a place where memories are made and the Italian lifestyle is savored to the fullest.
