***PROPERTY DESCRIPTION*** Welcome to Bella Rocca, a newly built architectural marvel on a 1-acre lot in Cayman’s tranquil East End. The pool deck and firepit are bordered by cool synthetic grass lawns, ideal for private yoga sessions. The villa’s spa is heated year-round to melt your worries away. Two tandem kayaks and two Seaview boards are provided complimentary to explore the protected reef steps off the backyard. Inside, discover a serene family room with dazzling ocean views plus designer furniture and decor. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with first-class appliances and all the elements needed to prep a gourmet meal. Choose to dine indoors in the formal dining area or opt for seaside dining along the ocean veranda. An outdoor kitchen with a propane grill sits off the veranda perfect for surf and turf! Bella Rocca boasts four oceanfront suites and two double-twin suites on the upper level with two additional oceanfront suites on the lower level providing the ideal layout for peaceful relaxation.
