Enjoy the large, private, wrap-around balconies on the south, east, and north that offer majestic sunrises and sunsets. Guests will have access to two side by side, reserved and covered parking spaces right next to the building entry. This beautiful unit was updated with brand new living room furniture and plush mattresses for all beds in 2021, to go with updated paint as well! The sofa-sleeper has a queen-size memory foam mattress. An open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and large windows create a spacious atmosphere with expansive ocean views. A well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops for a generous food preparation area. There’s plenty of dining area indoors for large family meals. An outside table and chairs offer additional dining flexibility as you soak in the ocean breeze and breathtaking views on the oversized lanai. A large master suite with a king-size bed has a private, north-facing balcony with chairs, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with step-in shower and granite counter. Second bedroom has two queen size beds. Third bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of floor space for a portable crib. Both of these bedrooms have an unobstructed beach and gulf view. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a granite counter and storage space. - Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in a hall closet - Flat-screen smart TV and DVD player in the living room; TV’s in all bedrooms - Recently upgraded internet service supporting quick downloads and WI-FI coverage throughout the unit - Appliances include a dual coffee maker (K-cup and carafe), crock-pot, blender, toaster, electric griddle, and a new refrigerator and dishwasher. - Large entry foyer with a closet for your beach gear, and another storage closet on the lanai. Phoenix V has one of the largest outdoor pools on the Alabama coast that was completely resurfaced in 2022. Kids love the ship-themed splash pad was also upgraded in 2022. The indoor pool was also renovated in late 2021. There’s indoor hot tubs, a large exercise room, saunas, indoor racquetball, tennis/pickleball courts, bike racks, half-court basketball, and newly remodeled and relaxing lobby space with a morning coffee bar.
