Contemporary, cool and super stylish! The entry hosts a tile floor and a dark wood bookshelf and lamp. The first bedroom has a tile floor and a king sleigh bed with brown swirly bedding with aqua accents. A dark wood nightstand sits on each side of the bed along with a contemporary lamp on each. There is a dresser with a mirror, as well as an armoire with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bath has a framed mirror and granite countertops, with wood cabinets and a shower/tub combination. In the second bedroom you will find two full beds with black wood headboards and golden brown bedding with yellow pillows. There is a nightstand with a lamp and a table with a flat screen TV and a DVD as well as a director’s chair. The third bedroom has a black wood queen bed with orange bedding. Two nightstands with lamps, plus a leather bench seat and a black armoire with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The hall bath has granite countertops and a framed mirror, with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has granite countertops and wood cabinets, with white appliances save for the stainless steel and black refrigerator that’s nice and new. There are four wood stools at the bar, and a cherry wood bar height table with six chairs. In the den a brown and blue area rug tops the tile floor, with a brown sofa and matching love seat, brown wood tables with lamps, a matching coffee table and a gold and green armchair. The entertainment center holds a flat screen TV and a DVD player. This is a 15th floor penthouse corner unit. You can enjoy 270 degree panoramic views from the Southeast to the West to the Northeast. This penthouse unit features 10’ ceilings for a more spacious feel. It has been recently remodeled with granite counter-tops and has new tile floors throughout.
