Phoenix II 2118 is an adorable three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit that has been completely remodeled. The remodel was featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovation in season 3 episode 7 “Three’s Company on the Gulf Coast”. • This 11th-floor unit has amazing views of the Gulf of America! • Access to the balcony is from the living room • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats SIX and there are four bar stools for additional seating at the counter. • Washer and dryer in the unit • The living area has a 55" TV • The living area also has a large desk and chair that is perfect for working remotely or remote learning. • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, as well as a small desk for working remotely. • The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV • The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and full-on bottom with an additional twin bed and a TV *Please note: Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas.
