Memorably beautiful! This 11th floor unit is Select Rated and popular for many good reasons. Beautiful living area with gulf view and an updated costal setting, which includes a denim blue sofa sleeper, colorfully striped swivel armchair, a light green swivel, glider, rocker recliner, cream colored area rug, white glass toped wicker tables, a very unique sculptured sailor’s lamp atop a glass box end table, filled with shells, a 47” flat screen TV and DVD player atop a white antiqued chest and an AM/FM CD Stereo with iPod port atop a painted glass top sofa table. Dining area includes a white wood table and chair set for four and two saddle bar stools at the breakfast bar. Kitchen has been upgraded with a matching décor including wood cabinets, textured countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth top stove, pantry, accent lighting, decorations, breakfast bar and a washer/dryer in hallway. Master bedroom features a king bed with gorgeous tropical bedding and pillows with coral designs, a dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand with extra storage, 32” flat screen TV and a DVD player. Master bath includes a large wood vanity with double sinks, full width mirror and a step-in shower with double seats. The second bedroom has two white costal cottage styled full beds with tropical fish designed bedding, a white wicker chest and a 32” flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player in a white wicker armoire. The bath has large wood vanity with full width mirror and a shower/tub combination. The décor is completed with light and vibrate costal colored walls and features, floor to ceiling decorative mirrors in the living / dining area and master bedroom, beach scene murals in the hallway and second bath and tropical paintings and decorations throughout. Other features includes ceramic tile floors, 9’ high ceilings, crown mold, ceiling fans, sliding glass balcony doors from den and master bedroom, blackout drapes, decorative valances and use of owner private covered parking space with separate entry. Unit is non-smoking and offers discounted monthly rental rates from September thru March 15th.
