This light and airy holiday home with parking and a wonderful garden, is in an excellent location for the beach, town and a playground. Telford has a superb mid-century style and it’s particularly well-equipped for families, with toys, games and books for all ages. Three first floor bedrooms have a king, double and zip and link beds, all conveniently located for the bathroom, with an extra cloakroom downstairs.

GROUND FLOOR
You’re welcomed into the hall with the living room to your left, cloakroom with WC and wash basin ahead with the stairs, and dining room with kitchen beyond.
There are doors from the garden and drive into the rear hall.
LIVING ROOM
Light streams in through the large windows in this double aspect which has a great view of the garden. This spacious room has space for six guests (probably best for 6 adults and 2 children) with a super long sofa, occasional chairs, coffee tables, a wood burner to take the chill off in the winter. For your entertainment there’s a large TV with Netflix, iPlayer etc., a retro Nintendo, DVD player, a Sonos speaker which you can tune your phone into, books and games for all ages, as well as some building bricks etc. for toddlers.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Well-designed and equipped for catering for six people, with a table and eight chairs in the dining area, as well as a book case with a wealth of information on the town and surroundings for you to explore, and drawers of jigsaws and stationery for little guests to enjoy.
Kitchen units run under the windows, housing an electric oven with four-ring gas hob beneath an extractor fan, a Bosch dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and a free standing fridge/freezer (5 shelves. and 3 drawers respectively). There’s also the essential kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Melitta coffee machine.
FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor landing where you’ll find doors to all three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
MAIN BEDROOM
The king-size bed takes pride of place between bedside cabinets in this lovely light double aspect bedroom. There’s ample storage with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a long dressing table with a chair and a mirror above it which could conveniently be used as a desk for guests needing to work from home, and a chair.
DOUBLE ROOM
Sitting quietly at the back of the house with a view of the garden, this attractive room is furnished with a double bed between bedside drawer units. Unpack and settle in with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for you to store your clothes.
TWIN/DOUBLE ROOM
Zip and link beds here will be made as a king so be sure to let us know if you need a twin with two x 2’6” beds. There’s a chest of drawers, wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and bedside tables for your belongings.
BATHROOM
Conveniently located for guests in all bedrooms, and fitted with a P-shaped bath with a hand-held shower above and a shower screen, a wash basin, WC, natural light and a towel rack over the radiator. Towels will be supplied for all guests.
GARDEN AND PARKING
At the back of this detached home is an exceptionally large garden which is hardly overlooked and mostly laid to lawn with ample space to run around and have fun, or simply relax and soak up the sun, with furniture placed so you can follow it round for coffee in the morning and BBQs in the evening. A shed houses plenty of garden games, basic golf clubs, boules, a crabbing net, a swing ball etc. The drive at the front has ample room for three cars and, if you have an electric car, there are four car points at the Co-Op nearby.
