The complex is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a scenic 5-kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track that runs beside the lake. This perfect balance allows you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown, while still providing a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evenings.
Additionally, the complex is only a short two-minute walk along the lakefront to the famous Boat Shed Cafe & Bistro, offering breakfast and lunch, as well as Altitude Brewery, where you can relax and sample a selection of locally brewed beers and ciders. You’ll also find a Pilates studio nearby for a calming workout, Norka’s Kai for delicious local food, and Fino Wine Bar — a perfect spot to enjoy quality wines in a cozy atmosphere.
Please note that while the studio rooms do not offer internal lake views, their prime lakeside location places you just steps from scenic walking tracks, Frankton Marina, and a variety of local amenities.
We prep the room before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the room will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.
