For your entertainment, a Smart TV is provided, offering a range of streaming services so you can unwind with your favourite shows and movies after a day of exploring Queenstown. Designed for year-round comfort, the studio includes a heat pump, panel heater, and underfloor bathroom heating to keep you warm, no matter the season. The complex is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a scenic 5-kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track that runs beside the lake. This perfect balance allows you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown, while still providing a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evenings. Additionally, the complex is only a short two-minute walk along the lakefront to the famous Boat Shed Cafe & Bistro, offering breakfast and lunch, as well as Altitude Brewery, where you can relax and sample a selection of locally brewed beers and ciders. Please note that while the studio rooms do not offer internal lake views, their prime lakeside location places you just steps from scenic walking tracks, Frankton Marina, and a variety of local amenities. We prep the room before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the room will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. Bedding configuration options as follows: Bedroom 1 – 1 x king bed or 2 x single beds 1 x king bed will be set up as default. Please advise us of your preference when making your booking.
