• Cozy daybed nook with two twin beds.
Lower Level
• Bunk retreat with four extra-long twin beds, two king beds, a comfortable sitting area, and a classic arcade game for added fun.

This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on the premises. One pointed to the driveway and road, and a second pointed towards the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
