Just an hour from Prague, 15 minutes from Litoměřice and 10 minutes from the town of Úštěk, you will find spacious accommodation for families with children, lovers of tourism, nature, monuments, but also the necessary peace and good wine. A completely renovated house called Haus 44 is already waiting for you. We also offer breakfast (in the form of a buffet), which can be booked at least two days in advance or upon request (the price is not included in the room rate). Go for a walk and discover the beauty of the Bohemian Central Mountains. We look forward to seeing you! Ground floor: You enter the house via a small hallway that leads to the living room with a tiled stove, large sofa and satellite TV. On the ground floor you will also find a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows opening onto the lush garden. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a spacious wardrobe. A small staircase then leads to a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Last but not least, there is a children’s room that offers four places on two comfortable sofa beds. Attic: The spiral staircase takes you to the attic, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. The room is complemented by a private balcony overlooking the vineyard. Gardens (surface 1.850 m2): The holiday home is surrounded by two large fenced gardens, 2 pavilions with a smokehouse, a barbecue and a 6 x 3 m swimming pool. Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. The first with a toilet, shower and washing machine, the second with a bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. The property, including the gardens and swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of HAUS 44 guests and no one else. Heating: Heat pump and fireplace. Transport, parking: Parking directly at the building in a fenced parking space for 2 cars, in front of the house for another car. I will personally welcome you and explain all the necessary information about the accommodation. My colleagues and I will be happy to assist you during your stay; the reception is located 20 meters from the house. Ideas for walks and excursions 1. An easy walk to Jelče takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long and passes through beautiful pastures. 2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. The journey there takes just over an hour. 3. The hike to the summit of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes approximately 2 hours. From the majestic summit you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance. 4. Excursion to the beauty of the town of Úštěk, to the magical Lake Chmelař with a sandy beach, to the mysterious Helfenburg Castle, visit to Calvary near the village of Ostré. 5. Zubrnice Open Air Museum through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery. 6. Fairytale Ploskovice Castle. 7. The royal city of Litoměřice. Cycling lovers will find a true paradise here...
