A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, nestled in the most authentic Czech landscape. Just a few steps from the forest, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the whirlpool you can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) which must be booked at least 2 days in advance or upon request (price not included in the room rate). The breakfast room is 300 meters from the holiday home. Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: The house welcomes you in a spacious lobby with access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. In this room there are 2 elegant bathrooms with toilet and shower. First floor: It offers a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an additional bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people upon agreement. Second bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an additional bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people upon agreement, bathroom with shower. Attic: The spacious room not only offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area, but also billiards, table football, television, toys... it is simply the perfect playroom for children and adults. If children don’t want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total). Garden: The garden has a swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, a fireplace and a picnic table. Above the garden there is a small private forest. The entire area is fenced - dogs can run freely. Heating: heat pump and fireplace, underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathroom. The entire property, including the garden (fenced) and parking lot (fenced), is only accessible to guests. I will personally welcome you and explain all the necessary information about the accommodation. Me and my colleagues are also at your disposal during your stay, the reception is 300 meters from the house. The house is in a dominant location in the village and guarantees absolute privacy. The property is surrounded by a private grove and greenery. It is also just a few steps from the forest and the start of the paths that lead to the summit of Sedlo (Geltschberg). An easy walk to Jeleč takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long and passes through beautiful pastures. 2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. The journey there takes just over an hour. 3. The hike to the summit of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes approximately 2 hours. From the majestic summit you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance. 4. Excursion to the beauty of the town of Úštěk, to the magical Chmelař lake with a sandy beach, to the mysterious Helfenburg Castle, visit to Calvary near the village of Ostré. 5. Zubrnice Open Air Museum through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery. 6. Fairytale Ploskovice Castle. 7. The royal city of Litoměřice. Cycling lovers will find a true paradise here...
