Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you before, during, and after your stay. Pricing Rates are based on a minimum number of guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night and are automatically calculated when you enter your guest numbers. Reductions in guest numbers after booking are non-refundable. Arrival & Access Check-in is from 3:00pm. You’ll receive your access code via SMS shortly before arrival. Early check-in may be possible but can only be confirmed the afternoon prior. Linen & Towels Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. Please bring your own pool, lake, or beach towels. Guest Amenities To reduce waste, we provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests may wish to bring additional personal toiletries. No Party Policy This property operates under a strict No Party & No Excessive Noise policy in line with NSW Short-Term Rental legislation and local council laws. It is located in a residential area. Breaches may result in bond claims, eviction, or further charges. Extra Guests & Visitors Only the number of guests listed on the booking may be on the property at any time, including visitors. Any visitors must be pre-approved in writing by Weekenda. Security & Noise Monitoring External security cameras and a noise monitoring device are installed in compliance with local regulations. Tampering with monitoring devices may result in fines or cancellation of the booking. Guest Registration & ID All guests must complete an online registration and ID verification prior to arrival. Access codes are released only to registered and verified guests. Last-Minute Booking Verification For bookings made within 5 days of arrival, additional verification may be required to protect against fraudulent bookings. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend domestic travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or disruptions.
