Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

The beaches of Cannes are only a short drive away. Among the property’s standout features are its elegant interiors, a stunning freeform infinity pool with water feature, and a traditional petanque court.
The top floor of the villa offers a cosy living room, 2 ensuite bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen / dining room that opens up to the pool area, inviting guests to fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Arranged over two levels, the villa offers both comfort and privacy. The main floor features a welcoming living room with lovely hillside views, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area opening onto the pool terrace, and two en suite bedrooms, including the elegant master suite. On the garden level, two additional en suite bedrooms open directly onto the gardens, alongside a practical laundry room.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens dotted with palm and cypress trees, as well as beautifully landscaped grounds. The beautiful infinity pool is framed by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for long, leisurely days under the sun. Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining with a BBQ, a game on the pétanque court, or a gentle stroll into the village to explore its renowned shops, galleries, and restaurants.
