Unit Layout Villa Eroica is thoughtfully configured across two levels to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms complemented by 4 bathrooms. The ground floor encompasses the main living spaces, including a sitting room with fireplace, a separate living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also located on the ground floor is a practical laundry room and the sleeping accommodations consisting of 1 double or twin bedroom with direct access to a small terrace and an ensuite bathroom with shower, plus 2 additional double bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom with shower. Ascending to the first floor, you will find 1 double or twin bedroom appointed with both a bathtub and shower in its ensuite bathroom. This vertical distribution of spaces ensures privacy and comfort for all guests, with the ground floor bedrooms offering convenient access to the garden and pool areas, while the first floor bedroom provides elevated views and a sense of seclusion. Other Information Villa Eroica requires a minimum stay of 7 nights during the periods from 25 July to 22 August and from 20 December to 9 January, while other periods require a minimum stay of 5 nights. Rental start day is restricted to Saturday only during the period from 27 July to 23 August. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. Should you require late arrival between 21:00 and 24:00, this can be arranged in advance with prior notification. A security deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the property. A tourist tax may be applicable upon arrival in accordance with local municipal regulations. The villa features private parking facilities located within the property grounds for your exclusive use.
