Balconies: The property features multiple balconies. Two upstairs bedrooms at the front of the house have street-facing balconies that are unlocked for guest enjoyment. The balcony in the downstairs bedroom is locked and can’t be open. 🌅
Parking: Includes a double garage that can accommodate two (2) cars. A garage key is provided for easy access. 🚗
Waste Management: Bins are located at the front of the garage. For hygiene and aesthetics, bins must be kept inside the designated area. 🗑️

You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
