Welcome to Solara — A brand new, 2025 constructed, designer coastal retreat in the heart of Rye. Named after the sun, Solara captures the warmth, light, and relaxed elegance of seaside living. Ideally located within walking distance to the beach (350m / 5 minutes) and lively main street, this five-bedroom sanctuary (including 2 master bedrooms with ensuites) sleeps up to 14 guests and offers the ultimate in relaxed luxury.Enjoy sun-soaked days by the solar-heated pool, unwind in the gas-heated spa, or relax under the covered alfresco area while the kids enjoy the play equipment.
Inside - two spacious living rooms (one with soaring 6m ceilings) at each end of the house provide the perfect mix of connection and quiet, styled with contemporary comfort in mind. These two rooms are perfect for kids and parent’s areas.
With three modern bathrooms, a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen (including butler’s kitchen and walk in pantry), and generous indoor and outdoor dining areas, Solara is designed for effortless group getaways. And when the weather cools, curl up beside the gas log fireplace, making this a true year-round escape.
Outside – On over 1,000smq of direct north facing land, enjoy sun-soaked days by the solar-heated 10 metre swimming pool, unwind in the 8 seater gas-heated spa, or relax under the covered alfresco area. All while the kids enjoy the play equipment, monkey bars, swings, totem tennis and play cricket, footy or soccer in this huge backyard.
