Ideal for two families to share, this large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, featuring a sparkling 3.2 metre round, heated pool and brilliant pool deck and is the perfect getaway at any time of the year. With two spacious living zones, indoor fireplace, pool table and large furnished deck with BBQ and views over the trees towards the Bay.Upstairs - the light filled living area includes the kitchen (newly renovated kitchen with induction cooking, Nespresso coffee machine and a handy breakfast bar), dining area, smart TV and coonara fireplace with views, and opens onto the deck. You will also find the Master Bedroom with a King bed and ensuite, which also opens onto the deck, a second Queen bedroom, family bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. The living area, Master Bedroom and Queen bedroom have split systems for heating and cooling.
The deck has a Webber BBQ, 8 seat dining table and couch/armchairs to enjoy the views and the north facing sun all year round. Electric retractable awnings provide shade in summer.
Downstairs- features the second living area with a pool table, Smart TV, second fridge, Mario Arcade games console and sliding doors opening to the front garden and pool area. There is another large King Bedroom, a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk set, a large shared bathroom and the laundry. The living area also has a split system, all other bedrooms have heaters and fans.
A second large decking area and pool are in the recently landscaped garden. The heated pool is 3.2m round and 1.8m deep, Next to the pool is a large outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for washing the sand and salt away after a day at the beach. Off street parking for up to 4 cars.
\*Please be aware that our home is fitted with external security cameras. These are used to monitor the home while vacant.

Please note that the gas heated pool is only heated between November and April. It can be heated outside of these dates for a daily fee.Skyview in located between the Bay and Ocean beaches at the narrowest point of the Peninsula with a 550m walk to the Bay Beach and 700 metre walk to the Ocean beach, with its many beautiful coastal walks. Directly behind the house is Stringer Reserve which has an oval and parklands and can be accessed directly from a path from the back garden.Please note that the pool is only heated between November and April but for an extra fee (approx $50 per day) can be heated outside of these times.
