This space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, a 6-burner stove, a pot filler, and island seating for 4. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom and the first guest bedroom, featuring a King bed, a cozy sitting area/reading nook, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Step out from the sliding glass doors in the living room to your own private backyard oasis, where you’ll find a private pool, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area under the covered porch. Along the side of the home, there is an outdoor shower for added convenience! Upstairs, the second floor features the laundry room, a small sitting area, and the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom is complete with a King bed, a sitting area, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Another guest bedroom has two Full beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Finally, just off the hallway, there is a bunk room complete with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. Located just a short walk from the beach, this home also provides easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, including Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., and Steamboat Grill. You’re only a quick LSV/golf cart ride from The Big Chill and Seaside, and the included bikes make exploring the area even more fun! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 16 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen -Half Bathroom -Bedroom 1 : King bed, sitting area/reading nook, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower SECOND FLOOR -Laundry Room -Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed, sitting area, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub -Bedroom 3: King bed, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower -Bedroom 4: Two Full beds, en-suite bathroom with a glass shower -Bedroom 5: Two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks There is also a pack n’ play and air mattress at the home for guests’ use! Guest access There is parking for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, plus an additional 3-4 cars in the driveway! Other things to note -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
