* *Please note that this unit is not the best for light sleepers as this Condo is on Maine State Route 102 with noise that can be heard in the units. This 100 year old building can experience noise from the units above or below at times as well. Earplugs and Sound Machines are in each bedroom for guests if needed.

The guests will have the entire unit as well as the deck outside available with access. There is one central staircase that is shared with neighboring units to access the front door.

This unit is on the 4th floor and is in a building that does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit.
Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to pass easily through the units at times. This can come from neighboring units as well as noise from the street. There is a noise machine in each bedroom as well as earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours, speed limit on the road is 30MPH. The amount of noise you may encounter can very depending on the road traffic, and how respectful neighbors are during your stay. If a guest does experience any excessive noise from neighbors they are able to reach out to us and we can help resolve the issue. The entire building observes a quiet time between 10:00PM-8:00AM, which includes running your laundry, as to not disturb the neighbors.
