This 1860’s home is centrally located in Northeast Harbor with a short walk to downtown. The spacious layout downstairs between the kitchen and living room is great for the entire group to spend time together!
This unit is Pet Friendly and is great for families!

The entire property and driveway is for this unit only. The outdoor space is in the front yard off Millbrook, and is not a fully fenced in yard. There is seating for 4 people outside in the front.
I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.

This is a home people live in during other months of the year, please be respectful to the space. Three closets are locked with Owner’s Items.
-Trash bins are located in the garage, but please be respectful and do not touch any other items in the garage.
-Washer/Dryer Available in Basement as well as a 3rd Bathroom - The rest of the basement is off limits to guests as it is storage of owner’s items
