Check out our Welcome Guide for info and recommendations on the area! -This is a Garden Level / Basement Level Condo Unit -There is NO ACCESS to the Waterfront, the land is owned by the hotel behind the building -There is NO VIEW of the Water as this unit is not on the water -Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to sometimes pass easily through the units. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. The entire building observes a quiet time between 10:00PM-8:00AM which includes running your laundry as to not disturb the neighbors. This unit is on the Garden Level, not the first level.
