-Pets ARE NOT allowed at the property
-The beach is composed of small rocks like most of Maine Coastline and is not a sand beach
-The beach itself is on Conservation Land owned by the State and you may see people from the neighboring units accessing the beach from a path near the driveway but other guests DO NOT have access to the backyard, firepit, or any outdoor features at the house
-The property has 3 different units on it, each with their own secluded outdoor space but they share the same walking path down to the Ocean
