Osprey Cove is a unique vertically built home that has fantastic views of the top of Somes Sound. A dock, firepit & gazebo are available for use and are shared with the neighboring unit, which are always a guest favorite! The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ -The pier out to the Ocean is available 365 Days a year -The ladder and floating dock are put in the End of May until Mid October -Outdoor Furniture is put out in May through October -We do not provide any access to Kayaks -If you want to hook up your boat to one of the floating buoys, you must alert us and discuss with us first -This unit DOES NOT have A/C Units in it -When you enter from the driveway you will be on the "TOP" Floor -To access the middle or bottom floors you will need to travel down the spiral staircase or enter a different door outside -The Dock, Firepit, & Gazebo on the water is shared with the smaller unit next door -With the home being deep in a wooded area you should expect to see Deer in the yard or on the road leading to the house -Grills are available for use late April until the end of November -The pier out to the Ocean is available 365 Days a year -The ladder and floating dock are put in the End of May until End of October -Outdoor Furniture is put out in May through October -We do not provide any access to Kayaks -If you want to hook up your boat to one of the floating buoys, you must alert us and discuss with us first -Fireplace is NOT available for Guests to use
