Quietside Loft is a BRAND NEW Renovated 2nd Floor Apartment that was completed in 2025 in Southwest Harbor. The entire building was once a barn that has now been converted into 2 separate apartments. The Loft has a deck off of the living room as well to enjoy the outdoors and a desk to help anyone working from the unit!

I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.
-Pets are NOT allowed at the unit
-This is a 2nd floor apartment with another rental below. The outdoor deck is private to your unit as the lower unit has access to the 1st floor patio. Each rental has its own gas grill.
-The property consists of 5 acres and another large rental is on the other side of the property and is separated by a large parking area.
-Grills are available for use late April until the end of November
