Perched in the tranquil hills above Kassiopi, Villa Andreas offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and authentic Corfiot charm. Overlooking the glittering Ionian Sea, the ruins of Kassiopi Castle, and the distant Albanian coastline, this elegant villa is surrounded by olive groves and open countryside, creating a serene setting for a holiday escape.
Just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant harbour of Kassiopi—with its waterfront tavernas, boutique shops, and laid-back bars—Villa Andreas provides easy access to several beautiful beaches, including the scenic coves of Kassiopi and the calm beach of Imerolia on the west side of the cape.
The villa is set over two spacious levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Upstairs, the airy open-plan living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge that opens onto a large, sea-facing balcony furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and the charming village below. A double bedroom and a family bathroom complete this level.
Downstairs, at pool level, which is connected either by an internal or an external staircase to the upper one, you’ll find three additional bedrooms—two twins (one with en-suite) and one double—plus a shared shower room and a small utility space. Each bedroom has direct access to the spacious sun terrace and private pool, measuring 8.9 x 4 metres (depth 0.8 – 1.8 m).
The pool terrace is the heart of the villa, bathed in sunshine from dawn until late afternoon. A shaded pergola with comfortable seating, a traditional stone barbecue, sun loungers, and parasols make this the ideal spot to unwind, dine al fresco, or simply take in the sweeping sea views and the picturesque bay of Kassiopi.
Blending traditional Corfiot architecture with a bright, welcoming atmosphere, Villa Andreas offers all the modern comforts you need—air conditioning in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and pool heating on request (300 euros per week, payable to the owner)—while retaining the charm of a countryside hideaway.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, or nature lovers, Villa Andreas is ideal for relaxing just moments from the cosmopolitan energy of Kassiopi and the natural beauty of Corfu’s northeast coast.

About the area
Kassiopi, a charming village on the northeastern coast of Corfu, Greece, is a picturesque destination that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This former fishing village has transformed into a vibrant holiday spot while retaining its traditional Greek charm.
One of the main attractions in Kassiopi is its stunning harbor, where visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, admiring the array of boats and yachts that dot the clear blue waters. The harbor is also lined with a variety of tavernas and cafes, perfect for sampling local Greek cuisine or sipping on a refreshing ouzo as you watch the world go by.
History enthusiasts will appreciate the ruins of the ancient Kassiopi Castle, which dates back to Roman times. The castle's remnants are perched on a hill above the village, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the Albanian coast. Exploring these ruins is not only a journey through history but also provides an opportunity for some stunning photography.
For beach lovers, Kassiopi boasts several pebbly beaches with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The most popular among them is Kalamionas Beach, which is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The more secluded Bataria and Kanoni beaches are just a short walk away, offering a quieter atmosphere for those looking to escape the crowds.
The village itself is a maze of narrow streets filled with shops selling local handicrafts, jewelry, and olive wood products, making it a great place to pick up souvenirs. At night, Kassiopi comes alive with a modest but lively nightlife scene, where visitors can enjoy live music and dance in the bars and clubs.
Nature lovers can venture out on hiking trails that wind through olive groves and cypress trees, leading to secluded coves and offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Boat trips are also available, providing the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline and visit nearby secluded beaches and caves.
Kassiopi's blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and modern amenities make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Whether you're looking to delve into the past, relax by the sea, or experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, Kassiopi is a gem that promises a memorable holiday.
