Welcome to Intrepid Retreat, a spacious and welcoming mountain home in Beaver Creek. Designed for families and groups who love easy access to adventure, this five-bedroom retreat offers more than 6,200 square feet of living space, beautiful slope views, and all the essentials for a relaxing Colorado getaway.
Step inside to an open concept living area where large windows frame views of the ski runs beyond. The well-equipped kitchen with bar seating makes it easy to gather for casual breakfasts or evening conversation.
The main level features the primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Also on this level is a private indoor hot tub room, accessible from both the primary suite and main entry, offering a soothing spot to unwind after a day on the mountain.
There are two separate areas on the upper level. One space is dedicated to a private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity. Up a different staircase is a large loft overlooking the main living space below. There’s a large desk with two office chairs and two monitors; and a powder room. There is also a queen bed in this space for extra bedding.
Down to the lower level, you’ll come first to an open area with an exercise bike and access to the deck. Then there is a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Next door there is a queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and open on to the lower-level deck.
This level also features a spacious private apartment suite with its own living room, kitchen, dining area, and deck, an ideal setup for extended family or those seeking a bit of extra privacy. This suite includes another king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a private entry from the outside of the house. It is also accessible from the lower level of the main house.
The home’s laundry room is on the lower level and features two sets of washers and dryers. For additional convenience, there is cable TV in the main living room and apartment living area and smart TVs in all the bedrooms for streaming. There is also a 3-car garage with outside entry.
Whether you’re planning a winter ski trip or a summer mountain escape, Intrepid Retreat is your home base for exploring, relaxing, and reconnecting in the Colorado Rockies.
Additional Details: The fireplaces in the home will not be available for use this winter season. Much of the art featured in the photos has been replaced with different pieces of art.

SKI ACCESS
After collecting your gear, you can walk to the neighborhood’s private easement that leads to a run that will take you down to the Strawberry Park lift. You would return home via that same run.
Ski access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
During your stay in Beaver Creek, you will have access to the resort’s complimentary shuttle, using the convenient Village Connect App. It operates from 7am-midnight and will pick up and drop off directly in front of Intrepid Retreat giving you easy access to the ski slopes or restaurants in Beaver Creek Village.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
