Main Description Nuthatch is a romantic one bedroom cottage with a pretty four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, suitable for two people, set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, just 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27). The cottage is on Three Gates Farm, a converted 17th century farm with five 4 star holiday cottages near Tiverton. Guests have access to a large heated indoor swimming pool (33ft), sauna, gym, children’s play areas, 12ft trampoline, laundry facilities, an enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds. The cottage is single storey and has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and video player, telephone and free WiFi. Nuthatch has oil-fired central heating and a log-burning stove, making this attractive cottage a cosy retreat for two. Cot and high chair available on request. We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs for an additional charge of £20 per dog (max 2). Spanish, French and Greek spoken. We’re only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5 (J27), a perfect stepping off point for exploring Devon and Somerset. We’re three miles from the popular town of Bampton, which has a range of excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops and six miles from the market town of Tiverton. The beaches of the North and South coasts are within easy reach (about 40 minutes drive to either coast) as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor.
