Meadow View, Brushford

Meadow View is a tastefully decorated cottage on Exmoor, sleeping 6 across 3 bedrooms and offering a relaxed base for a countryside break. There is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a further bedroom with a super-king bed that can be split into twin beds on request. A family bathroom serves the upstairs rooms, and there is also a ground floor cloakroom. A travel cot and high chair are available on request, along with a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. The ground floor is accessed via an entrance hall leading to a spacious kitchen/breakfast room with French doors opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, two fridge/freezers, microwave and washing machine, along with all the usual cookware, crockery and utensils. The comfortable sitting room features a wood-burning stove, ideal for cosy evenings, with logs and kindling provided in cooler months. Two smart TVs with Sky TV are provided, one in the sitting room and one in the kitchen/dining area. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also supplied. Outside, an enclosed rear garden has been recently landscaped with a new patio, garden furniture for al fresco dining, and a charcoal BBQ for guest use. To the front, a shared driveway provides off-road parking for two cars, plus a gravel seating area. A garage on site is used by the owner for storage and is not available to guests. Bed linen, duvets and towels are provided, and a complimentary cream tea and bottle of sparkling wine await on arrival, along with a pint of milk and store-cupboard basics such as tea, coffee and seasonings. Electricity, heating and wifi are all included in the price. Pets not allowed in this property. The cottage is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility or wheelchair users.
