What We Love About This Home
The house features a bedroom wing with 3 generously sized bedrooms with king beds, each with an ensuite bathroom, and views. The kitchen has been renovated and is open and airy, it features a six burner stove, lots of prep area, and a center island with three bar stools. It opens to a dining area that overlooks the living room and the views beyond. From the kitchen one steps down half a flight to a large living room area with a fireplace and a comfortable family/media room with a pool table and sleep sofa. Guests will enjoy the large pool, oversized hot tub, bocce court and spacious outdoor deck with several outdoor tables.
There is onsite parking available for 3 vehicles.
Location
The house is very close to the North Sonoma Mountain Regional Park which offers miles and miles of hiking trails, some with spectacular views. Sunset View is located just 44 miles to the Golden Gate Bridge and 6 miles to the restaurants, tasting rooms, gourmet grocery store and french bakery in the quaint town of Glen Ellen.
Guests staying at Sunset View will enjoy access to Property Manager pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.
House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered. Please contact your Property Manager representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house.
