Welcome to Lux on First in the city of Sonoma, just a short walk from the local wineries, shops and restaurants in historic Sonoma Plaza. Located 1/2 block off the Sonoma Plaza, Lux on First is ideally situated close to the restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutiques and historic sites in downtown Sonoma.
What We Love About This Home
Lux on First is a rare in-town oasis where you can enjoy the privacy of a stand-alone home with a private swimming pool, and also be within an easy walk to popular restaurants, shops and wineries.
Exterior Details
Simple in design on the outside, this home was recently completely renovated to the highest standards, giving the interior a cool vibe. The backyard includes a beautifully refurbished pool (no pool cover), a curved deck overlooking the pool, an outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining table and all-new landscaping. It is reminiscent of the chic small homes of lower Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades for those familiar with the neighborhoods of LA.
Interior Details
Although just off of Sonoma Plaza, Lux on First offers privacy with a completely fenced in backyard. The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, Sonos audio system and king sleep sofa. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and the wet bar area includes a small wine refrigerator.
Guests staying at Lux on First will enjoy access to Property Manager pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.
House Rules
Pool is uncovered and heated only Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heating is not available outside of these dates. This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. No pets allowed. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered. Please contact your Property Manager representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house.
