The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. Renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Renters are allowed to purchase ONE 30-day pass ONLY regardless of the length of your rental period. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve.
This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available at the deeded beach access and at the beach/bay access. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk or ride to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey’s Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (Peacock, streaming, and local channels only), WIFI available, screened outdoor patio, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pets Considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
