Entering through the private garage, you’ll find a spacious entry area leading into the main living floor, where tall ceilings, natural light, and warm tones create a welcoming atmosphere. Living Room The main living area on the second floor features contemporary furnishings, a 50" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace — perfect for cozy nights in after a day of skiing or hiking. Large windows frame the surrounding mountain views, and the open-concept design flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Guests will enjoy preparing meals on the spacious countertops, with convenient bar seating and access to the outdoor balcony for fresh mountain air. Dining Area The dining area offers seating for six guests, creating a comfortable space for shared meals and conversation. Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): Custom-built bunk room featuring two full beds and two twin beds (sleeps up to six), ideal for kids or larger groups, with shared bathroom access and plenty of storage space. Outdoor Features & Amenities Step outside to the private hot tub located on the top floor, accessible through the upstairs kitchen doors — just to the left once outside. The hot tub overlooks the surrounding mountains, creating the perfect spot to unwind. Please keep the cover on when not in use, as temperatures can drop significantly at night. Note: Heber City enforces a noise ordinance after 10:00 PM, and tickets may be issued for excessive noise.
