Welcome to Our Place Farmhouse!
This 2-story, family-friendly home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with hot tub and game room is the perfect location for a whole gang. Located just off 46E you’re a short distance to some of the area’s top wineries: Cass Winery, Steinbeck Vineyards, Pear Valley, Barr Estate, Bianchi, and even Tobin James. It’s also just minutes from the award-winning, Sensorio…a must-see art installation in Paso. With plenty of space, it’s the perfect spot for a family reunion, an “old friends” wine-tasting get-together or a Bride and her bridesmaids.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
All bedrooms are upstairs. The master has its own en suite with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 55” TV and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom two dons a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom three also has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom four has a full bed and ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2-4 all share bathroom 2 which has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the front door and immediately be welcomed by a comfortable living room with a dual-sized fireplace. The home is decorated a modern, yet rustic farmhouse feel with all new furnishings and subtle neutral colors. The living room is donned with a comfortable love seat and two sides chairs. It’s the perfect spot to relax and read your favorite book in front of the dual-sized fireplace.
On the other side of the dual-sized fireplace is the dining room which has a large wooden table with seating for 8. The side buffet is the perfect spot to set up dishes for family-style dining, or wines for some great wine-tasting.
Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen with several stainless-steel appliances; a large Whirlpool side-by-side fridge with an ice and water dispenser, a 4-burner gas stove, white ceramic dual ovens, a microwave oven and dishwasher. There is plenty of workspace on the countertop and peninsula which has bar stool seating for 2.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room area which is equipped with a large sofa and some puffs for the kids to sit on. A 65” SmartTV is placed on the TV cabinet and is the perfect for all to see from anywhere in the family room or kitchen. Oh…and don’t forget your Prime or Netflix account numbers so you can stream your favorite movies.
Just off the family room is a glass sliding door to the expansive backyard and patio.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The back patio has a gas BBQ along with table seating for 6…the perfect spot for conversation and sipping on your favorite Paso Wine. A large, patio-covered pergola protects you from the bright summer sun. There is also a firepit area surrounded by 4 chairs. This is a great spot to enjoy after dinner drinks and great conversation.
Perhaps a game of bocce ball is in order? Or maybe jump in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. Relax, you’re in Paso Robles Wine Country. Enjoy the SLO life.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in the heart of Paso Wine Country just off 46E. This home is also just 10 minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli – located right across the street – has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. A few miles from town there is an Albertson’s on Niblick and Trader Joe’s is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe’s you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, along with some cigar shops.
