SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
(Sleeps 22) Refugio Estate comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests across both homes, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Refugio Casa (Main House – 5 Bedrooms):
• Luxurious primary suite with king bed, spa-style bath, soaking tub & walk-in shower
• Two additional en suite bedrooms (king + queen) on main level
• Two lower-level bedrooms: one queen room and a spacious bunk/media room with two full-over-full bunks + sofa sleeper Refugio
Casetta (Guest House – 2 Private Suites):
• Two king suites (Oak & Barn), each with en suite baths, wet bars, private entrances, decks & fire pits
• Spa-like finishes including soaking tub (Oak suite) and designer showers All bedrooms feature luxury linens, thoughtful amenities, and a relaxing, upscale feel.

At Refugio Casa, enjoy grand vaulted ceilings, multiple living rooms with fireplaces, and a formal dining space for 10+. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a large island, and everything needed to host memorable meals. The Casetta adds a second full chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a large island with bar seating, dining for 10, and a comfortable living area with a 65” Smart TV—perfect as an additional entertaining hub.

You will be required to sign a Property Manager rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Property Manager rental agreement. Pool will be heated May-October. IF weather cooperates, pool may be heated in April and as late as November.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS –
Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
RULES for PET:
1.) No pets on the furniture EVER!
2.) No pets left inside the home unattended, unless crated.
3.) You must clean up after your pet does his business outside!
4.) Pet fee $100 (2 dogs maximum, sorry no cats)
