Bama Bound – Game Day Retreat | Sleeps 18 | Massive Game Room | Perfect for Alabama Football Weekends
Welcome to Bama Bound, a spacious Tuscaloosa vacation rental just minutes from the University of Alabama and Bryant-Denny Stadium. Perfect for game day weekends, family gatherings, and group trips, this home offers plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy time together.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
The home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests (8 adults plus children).
Upstairs Master Bedroom: King bed and a Full bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with stairs leading down to the deck. There is an en-suite bathroom which includes a standalone walk-in shower with a freestanding soaking tub. The bathroom also has hallway access with a laundry closet conveniently located inside the bathroom.
Downstairs Bedroom 2: King bed
Downstairs Bedroom 3: King bed - Bedroom 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom that includes a walk-in shower (no tub).
Downstairs Bedroom 4: A huge heated and cooled converted garage and bunk room that’s perfect for kids (and fun adults too). This area can sleep up to 10 guests and includes its own full bathroom with a shower and sink. Sleeping arrangements include two L-shaped loft bunks with a Twin XL bed over a desk and a Twin XL/Queen bunk, and a separate Queen bed. Two of the bunk beds feature slides. Each bed comes equipped with plenty of outlets for charging and lights.
Games/Entertainment:
The standout feature here is the massive garage game room — the ultimate hangout spot after cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide. Play pool, challenge friends to the basketball arcade game or ping-pong, relax with board games, and more! Or watch a sports game on one of the TVs!
Dining:
Inside the main home, you’ll find a large dining table that seats up to 16, and a small dining table that seats 4, making it easy for the whole group to gather for meals together. There is a wet bar and coffee bar located next to the kitchen that has 4 barstools for additional seating, and an upstairs common area that includes an additional wet bar with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink. A charming Romeo and Juliet–style balcony overlooks the game room below, adding a unique architectural feature to the space.
Outdoors:
Outdoor living is just as inviting, with over 1,000 square feet of covered deck on the upper level, plus a large fenced backyard deck downstairs that’s perfect for grilling, hanging out, and celebrating a big win. Plenty of room to gather and unwind!
The Train:
At Bama Bound, a train track runs just behind the house along a hill, inspiring the train-themed décor you’ll find throughout the space. The home is well insulated, so train noise inside is minimal. For added comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine to help ensure and restful stay.
Parking:
There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Parking includes a covered carport as well as driveway parking.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (no cats).

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
