A contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate guest toilet ensure convenience for larger groups. Outdoors, a fully fenced 470m² garden provides space to unwind. The 8 x 4m saltwater swimming pool uses an electrolysis system for a gentler swimming experience, while sun loungers and a shaded dining area invite long afternoons outside.
