Located in lively Bingin, this Uluwatu villa is a 4-bedroom bamboo retreat ideal for families, groups, and wellness-style stays. If booked as a 2-bedroom option, the other two rooms will be securely locked. The open-air pavilion, pool, kitchen, and garden remain fully accessible and private. The villa blends natural materials, open design, and relaxed communal spaces for easy living. The main pavilion is the villa’s social hub, featuring multiple seating corners, comfortable sofas, and tall bamboo ceilings that keep the space cool. A circular dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, wine fridge, blender, and essentials make group meals simple. Outside, a lagoon-style pool sits alongside tropical landscaping, with sunbeds, beanbags, and shaded spots for relaxing throughout the day. Two private bamboo bungalows serve as the bedrooms, each with a king bed, air-conditioning, sliding glass doors, and a semi-outdoor ensuite bathroom with natural stone finishes. Just a short drive from Bingin, Padang Padang, and Uluwatu’s restaurants and beach clubs, the villa offers both convenience and privacy, a calm, comfortable base for guests looking for a spacious bamboo villa in Bali. Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. Please consider these additional details before booking as there will be no exceptions. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS OR VENDORS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL AND WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OWNER. We do not allow professional photography or vendors of any kind at Villa Bily without pre-approval and written consent from the owner via OTA messaging. If a hired photographer or other vendor arrives to the villa without this consent they will be turned away by security. VILLA AMENITIES Housekeeping: Cleaning is provided daily until 4 PM. Linens are changed every 3-4 days as needed, and towels every 2 days. Filtered Water: A water dispenser is available for unlimited use. Please notify the staff when it needs refilling. Wi-Fi & Entertainment: High-speed internet is available throughout the villa. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, no exceptions. Check-in is from 3:00 PM unless there are no prior guests, in which case an earlier check-in may be confirmed one day in advance. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES We are not liable for any injury, death, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or while participating in any sports or tourist activities. Please supervise young children at all times. If needed, a pool fence can be arranged at an additional charge. DISCLAIMER We are not responsible for unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, neighborhood noise, power, water, or Wi-Fi outages, sounds from animals (e.g., roosters or dogs), or music from traditional ceremonies. « Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may result in some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control. The current rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation and therefore noise concerns won’t be eligible for any form of refund/discount » PET POLICY While we love pets, they are not permitted in the villa. WILDLIFE IN BALI Please kindly remember that Bali is a tropical island and this villa in particular is authentic to its nature with open living areas. Depending on the season and time of day you may encounter mosquitoes, geckos, snails, ants etc. We provide Baygon in each bedroom, however those particularly sensitive to tropical wildlife might want to consider a different destination. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
