This waterfront property truely is a magical spot for your Raglan getaway. Modern, 4 bed, 2 bath, expansive deck & views - You’ll feel like you’re floating on the Kaitoke inlet, admiring Mt Karioi while peacefully sipping on your morning brew or evening tipple. Tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac with direct high tide water access for a relaxing Summer dip or to set off on your Kayak or Paddle Board adventure.
This house with central living, kitchen and dining space has been specifically designed to face West and take in the stunning all day views of Mt Karioi and the inner harbour. With wall to wall glass bi-fold living room doors opening out to an extensive covered deck and three of the four bedrooms situated waterside, as you move through the house, you never miss an opportunity to admire the spectacular water and mountain views.
The living area boasts a large, cosy corner suite, perfect for a family holiday movie watching session on the huge flat screen Smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bench and seating for four. Or choose to dine al fresco under the covered outdoor area and admire the beautiful sunsets behind Mt Karioi.
There are two Master bedrooms at either end of the house, both enjoying water views, with walk in wardrobe and internal bathroom access. An additional Queen bedroom, also with water views, and a double bedroom with garden view complete the bedroom layout.
Both bathrooms have shower, vanity and toilet facilities. One bathroom can be accessed by both the kitchen and living area and via Master bedroom one. The second bathroom servicing Master bedroom two, the Queen and double bedroom can be accessed via the hallway and Master walk-in wardrobe. There is no bath at this property, however you can wash away sandy toes or simply enjoy the serenity of outdoor showering with the hot water outdoor shower.
At the rear of the property, elevated and accessible via the external steps, there is a secondary outdoor dining table and the opportunity to further enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the inner harbour and mountain landscape. Alongside this space is the perfect graveled Petanque area for enthusiastic friends and family looking for a bit of light holiday competition.
For extra comfort the house has been fitted with an Air conditioning and Heat pump for the perfect sleeping temperature Summer or Winter.
A laundry complete with top loader washing machine can be used during your stay.

Nestled down a quiet street, neighboring other houses on the waters edge. The estuary offers a wonderful place for kayaking, paddling and swimming at high tide.
The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.
You will have access to the entire property. Please note that there is a studio unit at the rear of the main house. This is for owner use only and will be unoccupied and locked for the duration of your stay.
This house has direct access to the Kaitoke inlet and is not fully fenced. Children are the responsibility of accompanying adults.
Kaitoke Street is directly infront of the house and servicing two neighbouring properties, so occassionally cars will drive past the front deck.
There is parking available for 4 - 5 cars if parked one behind the other. There is also space for a boat and/or other water sports equipment, however this is not a lockable space.
Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder) or an additional charge of $25 per bag will be applied for disposal.
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.
To access the Petanque and elevated dining area, there are a series of landscaped outdoor steps to climb.
All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.
For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.
All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.
We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.
