Welcome to Alpine Summit Lodge, a spacious 2,600-square-foot penthouse perfectly situated above iconic Frye’s Old Town in the heart of the action. With breathtaking views of the ski slopes and downtown, this mountain retreat offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and location for families and groups of up to 10 guests.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with one full bed and two twin beds. A Murphy bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing everyone plenty of space to relax.
The open-concept great room is designed for gathering after a day of adventure, featuring comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and stunning mountain views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes spacious countertops, a breakfast bar, professional-grade appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.
Step outside to the expansive private deck overlooking the ski slopes, where you can soak in the hot tub and take in the amazing view, fire up the propane grill, or simply enjoy the incredible Red River scenery.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and free parking for two vehicles. Sorry, there isn’t enough room for trailer parking.
Fido will be happy to hear that this home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring the family dog.
