Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes! This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 8. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Homes in Pacific Seawatch include access to the Pacific Seawatch community clubhouse, pool, gym, and mini-golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. Access and operation hours are subject to change and are determined by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association. Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We’ll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.
