Welcome to Above The Clouds in Seven Devils! This is your home away from home with a mountain view! Above the Clouds is a cherished family home build for comfort and relaxation. Space for up to 13 guests with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Expansive lower level entertainment room with plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy! Sleeping arrangements: Main level: King Suite with private fireplace, deck access, TV Attached full bathroom Half bath is located on the main level Queen sleeper sofa in living room Upper level: King Suite with TV and Ceiling Fan queen Bedroom with Ceiling Fan Bunkroom with trundle bed Lower level: Queen Sleeper Sofa Looking to stay longer during a quieter time of year? Stays of 5 or 6 nights outside of summer, fall, and holiday dates automatically receive 10% off posted rates! Additional notes: - PET FRIENDLY! This home allows two well-trained mature dogs. Pet rent is $25+tax per night per dog. - Guests returning to Above The Clouds qualify for a special 10% room rental discount. Not stackable with other discounts. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations. - Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months due to the steep incline of the roads on Seven Devils. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with 60+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 59-31 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
