It’s time to get into your "Mountain Mindset!"
Escape to this warm and inviting mountain home, where adventure meets luxury mountain living. With 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms, a bonus sleeping area, and plenty of room to play and relax, this retreat is perfect for families seeking a blend of adventure and tranquility.
Step inside to a bright, open living area featuring vaulted ceilings and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with cozy gas logs — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meals, complete with a large pantry, island seating for four, and a dining table for eight. There is also a gas grill for Barbequing.
The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in tiled shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two queen ensuite bedrooms, each with a TV and tiled walk-in showers.
For added fun, head to the game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, Skee ball, Connect 4, tic-tac-toe, and a TV — plus a twin daybed with trundle for extra sleeping space.
Take some time to unwind in the relaxing hot tub or roast some s’mores in the backyard fire pit! Enjoy the fresh mountain air on two covered porches. The back porch offers generous seating, a 4-person outdoor dining table, and a gas fire table — perfect for morning coffee.
Whether you’re looking to reconnect, explore the great outdoors, or simply relax in comfort, Mountain Mindset has everything you need for a memorable getaway.
Mountain Mindset is about a 3-minute walk to the North Pavilion and about a 5-minute walk to the waterfall hiking trailhead.
The ATV is Not for guest use and is monitored by a camera.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be required during inclement winter weather to access all properties. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door and views the parking area. An additional camera views the underdeck storage area.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
-This home allows mature and well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Please clean up all waste.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
