The Space Villa Lenoa is a charming 2-bedroom private villa nestled in a newly developed residential area of Nyanyi. Designed with a modern tropical touch, this villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and relaxed island living. As you step through the gate, you’ll be greeted by a refreshing private swimming pool and a sun-drenched deck complete with two inviting sunbeds, perfect for lounging or enjoying a quiet afternoon under the Bali sun. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed in an airy, tropical style that allows plenty of natural light and a gentle breeze to flow through. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and features air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with both hot and cold showers for your comfort. The layout provides a perfect balance of privacy and shared space, ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a cozy retreat close to Canggu and Nyanyi Beach. Our housekeeping team provides daily cleaning service six days a week, while the pool and garden are maintained two to three times per week to keep everything in top condition. You’ll also have access to our 24/7 concierge service, ready to assist with anything you might need, from transport and in-villa services to restaurant recommendations and local experiences. As the Nyanyi area is still developing, there may occasionally be some construction activity nearby. While this is outside our control, we will always do our best to ensure you are fully supported and have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Villa Lenoa. Guest Access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let us or our onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy. Neighborhood Villa Lenoa is located in a newly developing residential area in Nyanyi, offering a peaceful setting with a touch of local charm. As the area continues to develop, there may occasionally be some nearby construction activity. We will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Nyanyi Beach is just 2 km away, ideal for quiet coastal walks and beautiful sunsets. The famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, is only a 10-minute drive from the villa. For guests who wish to explore livelier scenes, the vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops of Canggu are around 30 minutes away by car. The villa is approximately 23 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport, offering a convenient yet tranquil retreat away from the main tourist crowds. FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: • PARKING SPACE? There is parking space for a couple of scooters. • HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY? You can either pre-book services with us online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA. • CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE? Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let us know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via OTA along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill). • DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES? We can assist you in bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. • SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS? Bali being a tropical island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guests to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. It is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants, etc.), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless and part of local everyday life.
