With five bedrooms across a main house and guest house, there’s room for everyone to relax and reconnect. Only 15 to 20 minutes from town, this peaceful cove invites days of paddling, soaking in the hot tub, and gathering by the outdoor fireplace at sunset. The main house offers lake views from nearly every room and a bright open layout designed for connection. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island perfect for shared meals. The primary suite includes a king bed, soaking tub, and heated floors. On the lower level, you’ll find a king ensuite and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks. The guest house is just steps away and includes its own living area, game room, and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other features two full beds, plus a shared hall bath. It’s an ideal setup for extended family or friends who want privacy while staying close. Outside, the expansive lakefront deck invites long mornings with coffee and quiet evenings by the fire. Guests can use the kayaks, canoe, and private dock to explore Lake Glenville or simply float and enjoy the calm water. The hot tub adds the perfect finishing touch after a day on the lake. Summer Camp is professionally managed by Property Manager, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 12 - Max Occupancy: 12 - Guests have full access to the main house, guest house, private dock, kayaks, canoe, hot tub, and all outdoor spaces. - Parking is available for multiple vehicles. - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Property Manager openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and cleanliness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
